What you’ll need to be successful:
• 2-3 years+ experience on a back-office position, insurance area is a plus
• Patience, good self-organizational skills
• Flexibility and desire to learn
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Good level of English and French
• Good understanding of ERP systems
• Analyzing and prioritizing the tickets that come through the request platform;
• Guiding the users in using client’s applications;
• Identifying malfunctions addressing questions to the users;
• Documenting the solutions applied to different scenarios in order for these actions to be re-used;
• Validation/ specification of solving the error/ anomaly;
• Monitoring the incidents and requests, in order also to anticipate the consequences related to a specific anomaly;
• Using an internal informatics system.
